Time Tracker™ for Brands

Time Tracker for brands provides management with powerful tools to improve performance in the areas of new product development, sales and distribution expansion, forecasting and production planning, and maximizing the cost-effectiveness of advertising and promotion expenditures.

It consists of the following four modules:

  • The Sales Intelligence Module  consists of a series of reports that provide information on a brand's overall sales performance as well as its performance in user-defined market segments. It allows a user to review overall sales activity, market share trends, and same store historical sales figure levels as well as ranking performance versus competing brands in the market.
     
     
  • The Supply Chain Intelligence Module provides aggregated national inventory turn information and the month-by-month inventory and sales information essential to effectively forecast supply against the actual demand in the marketplace. This includes the Model Performance Summary that provides information on a brand's specific model sales.
     
  • The Marketplace Intelligence Module provides a brand with insights on how specific market segments (defined by geography, price-point, or product characteristics) are performing. It also includes the Brand Share Monitor which allows a user to review competitor sales performance information as a key input to developing tactical and longer-term strategic plans. Also coming soon will be The Marketing Impact Analyzer , which allows a brand to isolate the sell-through impact it experiences during a controlled test period and compare it with the sales activity experienced by other similarly priced and styled watches in the same local market during the same time period.

  • The Brand Executive Summary Module provides overview information on a brand by geographic region, gender, price point and case material on a single page.
