Time
Tracker™ for retailers provides management with powerful tools to improve
performance in the areas of identifying growth opportunities, optimizing
merchandising, and maximizing the cost-effectiveness of investments in real
estate, inventory, advertising and promotion expenditures.
It
consists of the following four modules:

The Sales Intelligence Module consists of a series of
reports that provide information on a retailer's overall sales performance as
well as it's performance in user-defined market segments. It allows a user to
review overall sales activity, market share trends, and same store historical
sales figure levels versus competing retailers across the country and in
specific markets.

The Model Level Intelligence Module provides national
model sales performance on a brand's specific models.

The Marketplace Intelligence Module provides a
retailer with insights on how specific market segments (defined by geography,
price-point, or product characteristics) are performing. This module includes The
Brand Share Monitor which allows a user to review performance
information on all brands as a key input to evaluating merchandising decisions.
Also coming soon, will be The Marketing Impact Analyzer , which allows
a retailer to isolate the sell-through impact it experiences during a
controlled test period and compare it with the sales activity experienced by
other similarly priced and styled watches in the same local market during the
same time period.

The Summary Overview Module consists of two reports that
provide an overview perspective on the market. The first is the Retailer
Executive Summary Report which indicates a retailer's performance
versus the market by gender, price point, and case material -- all on one easy
to read page. The Brand Performance Summary Report allows retailers to
view each brand's performance by gender, price point and case material.
